If that pencil tray falls out on you, you should be able to simply pop it back into place. However, that case should be sitting nice and snug, so any fit issues are definitely unexpected. What's going on with that Apple Pencil compartment of the Defender Series Pro case that has you feeling like it's making the rest of the unit suffer?
