Works in QNAP QuTS Hero v5.2
I needed an SPF+ adapter of a small profile as I own the short-depth mount ts-855eu.
This QNAP has two PCIe slots, but one has an extremely small depth allowance and this card fits in there perfectly. It's very hard to find a SFP+ card which is less than 100mm long by the way.
I took a gamble that this would work out of the box as it uses the same controller as anot...
