Improvements in Office 2021
I have been using an old edition of Microsoft Office home and student. The word program in the 2021 edition is much, much improved. You can read, write, and same .pdf documents in different formats directly.

Beware the "Microsoft support included" promise
The copy of word HP sold me with my laptop has a software glitch. Despite the promise of 60 days customer support, HP customer service will NOT help unless I pay a $59 fee...And that's after being on hold for 30 minutes...

Won't launch and cannot re-install.
My new computer was delayed over a month in shipping, meanwhile pcmover was received right away and I installed it on my old computer. Now I have the new computer but cannot launch PCmover (says a file is missing). BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I CANNOT RE-INSTALL IT! Becuase the installer software it says it is already intalled. Most other programs will let you simply re-instal...

Doesn’t work on all laptops as advertised.
I got it for my Windows 10/11 Samsung Book Go laptop but it won't take McAfee. Waste of money because my laptop is new as of this year was manufactured last year.
