Recent Cable Purchase
Disappointing. Not only did I need to wait 3 days to get the cable only to find the representative ordered the wrong item which set my work behind even longer then I had to take it to the store to get a refund. If someone does not know what is needed I would prefer that they say that instead of wasting my time efforts and funds.

VGA adaptor for computers with USB port
works fine but a little pricey. These adaptors are hard to find so I'm glad staples carries it.

Product I wanted - it worked! BUT.....
This adapter worked perfectly - however - I emailed Customer Service about no being charged tax - (non-profit purchase) unfortunately - I was still charged the tax. I'm hoping that someone can remedy this for me.

Worked perfectly!
One computer we added to was plug and play. The other two we needed help but the help desk at StarTech is awesome! They did a remote session and fixed it in five minutes! Buying more definitely recommend!

Hard to Find
This particular adapter was proving hard to find at any stores. Looked it up on Staples and found it right away. It is exactly what we were looking for.

Adapter works Well
We have purchased eight adapters and installed all of them. They work with different computers (Windows 7 and Windows 8.1) to a multitude of monitors (Acer to Samsung). Thank you for a great product.
