High quality, cost effective, easy to use
I am a scientist, not an IT professional. I use this UPS for a small deployment of storage servers in my lab. It has more than enough capacity to keep multiple Dell Poweredge R510s online until backup generators come online.

I would buy again
My Company had in use a previous Tripp-Lite UPS that is still in use, while other brands were giving us issues.
I had ordered 2 SMART2200RM2U to replace other brands because of the reliability of the other ones we have.
Looking into replacing all our UPS's to Tripp-Lite.

Very Good Alternative to Not Having a Full Room UPS
We use it to protect our racked servers as it is a 2u and takes up minimal rack space. These UPS systems are reliable, stable and provide clean power and offer great portability.
Only negative thing that we have found is that the batteries can go bad without warning and in some cases, the UPS will shutdown.

I'll definitely keep using this product until it breaks!
This is the only brand we use at my job, and it always works. we had to replace one for a warranty issue but thats the only time thats happened in my career

Excellent service
We've had it installed for just under a year, running a PA system with multiple high powered amps and a pair of radios. During that time, it has been trouble free, except for when we lost power to the shed for a week and weren't informed by the end user. Seems like a decent UPS, looks to be well made.
New UPS replace an older model seems to work fine. LCD has a good bit of info, not sure how I feel about the LCD panel lacking control buttons.

Excellent enterprise UPS
Simple to prepare, charge, rack and use, we have several Tripp Lite UPS in our small data center. We have experienced very few failures in 4 years. The devices provide a good LCD read-out and good network diagnostics. The rebate capability is excellent, which means we will stick with Tripp Lite long into the future.

Great product for a good price.
We bought two units for our office to install in server's rack. Installation, setup and use was easy and intuitive. Lots of features and very informative display. Both units work fine and no problems at all for almost a year already.

Great Backup
Have a few of these in my MDF and IDFs. Tripp Lite is my goto company now. I have a set of these backing up my two HP servers running all of my VMware virtual servers with failover setup.
