Lasted about 10 to 15 uses then stops
We purchased 3 of these for our company , for the use of our conference room TV, and they have only lasted about 10 to 15 uses. Only 1 out of the 3 are still working, talk about bad quality control.

Impressive for its size!
I use this on my travel laptop when the need arises to show something to a client or simply to watch a movie on a bigger screen in the hotel room. In either case it is the perfect adapter, small, light, and quick to connect and feels secure when attached. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review

Perfect for MS Surface
I use this for my Surface Pro tablet to connect to a large monitor or TV. The connectors are solid and fit well, and the resolution is impressive. It’s small enough to travel with and the length of the cord is right for what I need it for. Don’t lend it out too much or you might not get it back!

Stop working in first week after a few use
Mine stop working without any reason within first week. I pretty sure itis driver but they say you no need it. But it isnot detecting by Win 10 OS at all.

Works
Purchased this product in order to connect my Surface Pro 4 to a TV. My surface Pros' screen was completely shattered and needed this cable in order to view the Surfaces' file system in order to wipe it clean. The cable worked just fine. Also it was delivered very quickly. Very pleased with the purchase and Staples!

short life span
As an AV Specialist for a mac school with 150+ projectors, I've touched a ton of MDP to HDMI adapters. Within 3 months of starting school, I've had at least 30 teachers reach out about problems with their projector, and every single time, it's this specific brand adapter that is the problem. Would not recommend - they are just not built to last.

works as it should but not for long
yes it works.
i've had to buy several of these over the years. they just don't last. not sure why. but for the cost of them i would assume they should last as long as i own the computer.

worked great until it stopped working
Was working great until 6 months in; I was giving an important presentation when it just stopped working. Murphy's law I guess... Will be bringing it in to the store as I believe a warranty replacement is warranted...

Great value, works as expected
Better than the MDP2HDSW which is the same as this, only more expensive in that it does carry audio.
Much cheaper that the official mac version too.
