A good addition
I bought this replacing an existing battery pack that was damaged during hurricane Helene. I have always used APC products, and I always will. This battery pack adds almost 60 minutes of backup time to my audio cabinet equipment. I highly recommend buying this along with your Back-UPS Pro 1500.

Peace of mind is worth every penny.

External Battery Pack works great!
This works fantastic paired with the BR1500G unit. Provides plenty of extra juice over just the base 1500 UPS. Easy to connect to the port on the back. Additional Battery Packs are always a plus!

Good for SOHO
I purchased it to extend the working time of my APC Pro Backup-UPS.
It was easy to connect and works like expected.
I ordered it two weeks befor Christmas and it should arrive on Dec 31. but
I got it less then a week after ordering. Thanks to Staples.
Pro: It tripled the time until shutdown.
Cons: noting for now

Great Add-On
Makes a great product even greater. If you've already purchased the UPS, and need to add capacity, the External Battery Pack is a good solution. You keep the value of your earlier purchase, while getting the capacity increase you needed.

EXTERNAL BATTERY FOR PRO 1500
BOUGHT MY FIRST EXTERNAL BATTERY FOR MY SECOND APC PRO 1500. WORKS LIKE A CHAMP. I LIKE THE GREATER BACKUP TIME I GET.
