Dead on Arrival
I plugged it in after changing it and it had no charge. Left it plugged in a few days, battery still took no charge. Returned for refund. On the plus side, was easy to swap out the old one.

Battery Replacement Interval Says A Lot
Used these batteries for replacement of some APC Smart-UPS 750 units. Customer was also replacing batteries on three other rackmount UPS' at the same time (different model and replacement battery #). Computer back up
Not having power when running a computer design business is a disaster. The APC keeps things going until power returns, and acts as a good power gap until the whole house generator takes over. The replacement battery is just great...no need to buy another whole unit.

Battery Review
This review is more about the service than the product. When you call in and someone stays on the line to help you make a positive determination that a new battery is needed, well that is good customer service. Do they want to sell a product, well yes, but when someone is taking the time to walk you through the steps to make sure that is what you need, that really helps...

Replacement cartridge was easy to install and UPS was restored to working order once again. Should get a couple or more years of uninterruptable service like before.
