Works good
This is the second replacement battery for my UPS. The last battery lasted about 8 years. I think that is great life, so I ordered a new one. It came quickly, fit perfectly and I hope this one lasts another 8 years!

Works good
This is the second replacement battery for my UPS. The last battery lasted about 8 years. I think that is great life, so I ordered a new one. It came quickly, fit perfectly and I hope this one lasts another 8 years!

Recycling???
My only suggestion for a better experience would be including a shipping label for the dead battery. Researching how to recycle the old battery was annoying. Otherwise, five stars.

Easiest ordering process!
Talk about quick by the time I ordered to the time I removed and installed the battery pack was less than a week. Couldn't ask for anything better or more efficient! Well done APC!

No bells and whistles. No headache either.
It's possible to get a replacement battery for cheaper from other sources. It's also possible that these replacement batteries will not last nearly as long. Or they won't quite fit. I don't need that kind of aggravation. Get the OEM replacement and the peace of mind that comes with it. Oh, and the battery got her pretty quickly considering what it is.

Great Battery, Shaky Delivery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a battery replacement for my BX-1300. Easy to remove and replace. Works fine. However, I had requested express delivery, but didn't receive it until several days later due to lack of stock. Express delivery should not have been a delivery option.

long charge time
Took over 24 hours to charge the batteries fully. Don't expect to use as a back up straight away.
