Half dead battery.
The new battery must have been on the shelf a long time as the run time at no load was short. I wish you had a similar cost LI solution for home use.

Half dead battery.
The new battery must have been on the shelf a long time as the run time at no load was short. I wish you had a similar cost LI solution for home use.

Good products. Ship fast.
This is my second replacement battery for my UPS. Each battery has lasted several years past the warranty time. I'm very happy with APC. They ship fast.The first replacement came with a recycle plan so I could send the spent battery back to them. This latest battery did not. Somewhat disappointed about that since I live on an island. I'll find some way to recycle it.

Fast easy purchase & delivery
I'm glad I bought the exact replacement battery. It was easy to remove old battery and slide the new one in place. The labels on battery is all you need to install the new battery. It did come with several pages of instructions for opening compartment and battery swap. Wnen I need batteries again I have no doubt I will buy from you again!

Very Easy Replacement
The replacement battery was very easy to install. I just took out the old one then put in the new one, then plugged in the Back-Ups in the wall and turned it on. It took about the day to fully charge but it’s back up and running.

Good product but disappointing delivery

But I am never happy (4 stars instead of 5) with your shipments of replacement batteries because you always leave me "in limbo": while you promptly acknowledge my order, you then transfer it to a "fullfillment partner" who is a mystery! New batteries APC XS -1500
Replacement batteries XS-1500, Your site said i got the last set in stock for this discontinued batteryback up. When i got the battery low alert on my machine, i turned the machine off. When the new batteries arrived 5 days later, when i took the old batteries out, they were quite warm. They did not cool off for the remaining days bwfore disposal. Fire hazzard? New bat...

No one working anymore?
Ordered, paid for, said it would ship in 3 days, and three weeks later nothing. No one answers the phone, no replies to my emails....terrible. I've used APC for decades and this may change my allegiance.
