I Don't know
I was never notified whether or not the item arrived at the store. So I don't know if it is there or not. I hope this isn't the standard way of doing buisness. If it is then I will make sure not to use Staples again. I can only assume that if you are asking for my opinion then you assume that I have picked up the order. If not then something is wrong with your software...
