Doesn't mute background
I bought this specifically because the description says "dual noise canceling background noise" and everything in the background is heard twice as loud as my wired headset. It also doesn't work with the PC so i couldn't unmute to speak in meetings. I'm so annoyed and for extra fun there's only a 2 week from purchase return window so I'm basically out $80
