Crashing of Lenovo!!!
The sound is below ZERO and the sound card is VERY basic so it has no enhancements even after updating the sound card driver to the latest version. This is an embarrassing system for this company. THANK YOUUUUU

Very nice computer!
So far, so good. The machine is fast, and the footprint is tiny, so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk.

Great computer for end users.
I find the small form factor of these computers are great for desktop installations. Plenty of power leaving a lot of desktop area.

satisfactory so far
This is my first time using a Lenovo product. I had been using a Dell until now. It’s been about a month since I started using it, and I haven’t had any trouble, which is expected. I can’t say yet how long it will continue to work perfectly, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.

How sales helped to save Lenovos reputation
Lenovo sent me five machines on Linux instead of windows. I was rather upset. However, Zachary Pierce from sales gave me a call after they were on their way back for a return and he turned it right around selling me 5 proper machines, and I’m not an easy person to please. It speaks volumes to what someone does after an error and this was a success of sales.

Small size with great power
Love the size and light weight of the ThinkCentre yet it still performs quite well. Plenty of USB port for connecting external devices. I would prefer one or two more Type-C connectors since more and more accessories now comes with Type-C. The motherboard seems to have the footprint for a second M.2 NVMe but not soldered on. Giving less chance to expand the hardware.
