Hard reset to change video providers
Has been great.
Microsoft teams is not as good as Zoom rooms but both work well, however to change between the two providers a hard reset of the device is required that takes 10 mins each go. Very annoying and would have hoped that this would be a simple system update completed by now.

Does not work with MS Teams - not as advertised
We have Zoom and MS Teams meetings - the Polycom X30 unit is just not workable with Teams in a corporate environment. Avoid.
Zoom is fine, but without the Teams element working as advertised, it's better to use a mini PC instead.

Do not expect the Video to work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased 2 of the x30's. 1 worked and the other shipped with a newer firmware. The newest firmware does not work when trying to make Teams calls. This has been reported on Poly forums for months and subsequent firmware updates have not fixed the issue.
