Excellent quality, reliable.
I was using a ups from APC. I tought all UPS were expensive and that APC was the leader in the industry. I used to buy low end UPS from them because I could not afford their 1000+ devices. Low end, not recommended
Fan runs all the time, unlike other brand's fan which only runs when on battery. With minimal load one day it turned itself off. No power failure because 2 other brand UPSs stayed on and no blinking clock on microwave. That's a fatal flaw!

The only UPS units we buy.
We purchase the SMARTLCD1500 at all of our network switch locations. These are the only units we have used for years, due to their longevity, reliability and value. They are very worthwhile and I have no doubt they have saved our networks many times. Imagine to downtime without it.

Excellent History and Performance
Unit is used in a small server rack for network switches, access points and other IP devices. This manufacturer is the only one we use. Reliable and cost effective protection.

Reliable and long lasting
We use this product to protect our equipment at our grocery store. It gives us peace of mind in knowing that in case of power bumps or power outages, our equipment will have time to get a proper shut down, or have almost no effects at all. It also helps me relax in knowing that my equipment is safe and protected by this battery backup

I like the rack mount design it cleans up my media closet. I use it to power my home network system long enough for the generator to come online

Great product
Highly recommend this battery back and surge protector. Use it for personal security camera system. Even when I lose power still keeps camera system running for a decent amount of time needed.

Backup power for my server
I run an unRAID server at home, where I get constant power outages as well as very dirty power. This lets it run for up to 50 min after the outage. Awesome! I love it.

Reliable, Economical, and Easy to Maintain
I recently purchased the Tripp Lite SMART1500LCD, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. In fact, I was so impressed that I bought a second unit for my environment. Coming from a different manufacture for UPS systems, I found this model to be a more economical alternative without sacrificing performance or reliability.

Easy to deploy for network uptime!
The UPS was easy to use didn't have to wait for battery to charge. The instructions were easy to read instructions to mount the rack ears were easy as well. The LCD screen is laid out nice is very legible and with the simplicity of just the two buttons you can't go wrong. This is a very good Interruptible, Uninterruptible PS
Obviously, that is a bit sarcastic. I have discovered that this model has internal surge breaker... In every real world scenario when a power outage occurs, it trips this highly sensitive breaker and all of my equipment hard shuts down.

Coming up on 2 years and it's working fine so far
Really like this unit. Little hard to clean the fan area fully from dust. The biggest downside is that it spawns SO MANY processes in Windows. I really like that it has as many battery protected ports as it has.

Only recommend this product to my customers.
I use this to protect Wi-Fi networks at Hotels and RV parks. I will also install them for phone systems and camera systems. In addition to the MDF and IDF equipment protection, I also installed them on my customers front desk or office network. Since we started using these, our equipment, failure rate has gone down despite all the lightning storms we have in East Texas.
