Quality of the item lacks
Lets put it like this... i received this item on a Monday and by Wednesday the headset had broken when i attempted to put it on my head. I think that this is something that definitely needs to be resigned to better support the user and maybe make it from a more flexible material.

only used once, but work very well.
Work well for training we have to do on the computer with others off site.

great
is my 3rd one in 3yrs and its a no brainer plug it init works and far as noise i haven't heard any but with some usb connections there are driver issues im running win7 no problems here

I have one of these and it works great! The only problem is some times you here a buzz in the background when using the mic. Besides that this product is comfortable and has great drivers.

This headset has excellent sound quality and is very comfortable. Just plug it in and it works great!
