Great Headset!
This headset works great with my Polycom VVX phone system. I wish the sound was a little louder but it is decent. I would buy again if needed for another colleague.

Quality of the item lacks
Lets put it like this... i received this item on a Monday and by Wednesday the headset had broken when i attempted to put it on my head. I think that this is something that definitely needs to be resigned to better support the user and maybe make it from a more flexible material.

only used once but work very well.
Work well for training we have to do on the computer with others off site.
