One port is not compatable with USB 2.0 or earlier
These hubs were purchased for an industrial controls application. Unfortunately one port is not compatable with USB 2.0 or earlier versions. Unfortunately we now have stock of 20 of these units that are not useful for our application.

Seems like a basic requirement of USB to be backwards compatable.
