Great printers
I had the 2280 previously for 13 years without a single problem. Well built and the ink cartridges last a long time. So I upgraded so I could print from my iPad.

Disconnection issue, do not waste your money
I wish I had followed advice from customers having trouble with the frequent disconnections. It's just a source of stress. Every time you need it, you spend 30min tweaking to make it connect back to your network. What a piece of garbage.

Good product, good price, cheap operation
This is your basic Brother workhorse printer. It does everything well at an affordable price. A big attraction is the availability of affordable non-oem print cartridges.

Good and Reliable
I use Brother printers at work all the time and know they are pretty much bomb proof and easy maintenance, so when the old HP kicked it, I decided to give one a whirl. Out of the box, did not disappoint! Fastest setup I've ever done (lengthiest part was inputting the wifi password without a keypad), but that was it.
