Such a nice change from a black screen on the wall
Visitors seeing the Frame TV are amazed it is not a picture hanging on the wall. Several have gone home and ordered one for their home! Such a nice assortment of pictures to choose from.

Bad Product and Horrible Customer Service
The remote is almost non-functional. I always had to often stand up and get closer to the TV to make it work. Just after a year, it completely stopped working. After spending literally 3 hours on Customer Service chat, there was no resolution besides you can buy a new $100+ remote. To add insult to injury conveniently, the chat would always error and close when I asked ...

Frame TV is better than I could have ever imagined

Wonderful…. Until the recent update
I love the tv, it is beautiful and the art store is amazing. HOWEVER, a recent software updates FORCES us onto the Samsung tv network, which autoplays, every time sit down to watch a show. It is extremely irritating. Shame on you Samsung…. As an option wonderful, forced with no choice, ridiculous.

Work of Art
We get compliments from visitors regularly on the TV. Many people have mentioned that they thought it was a painting before we changed it to watch a movie or game. The extra frame accessory helps if you want your tv to look like a work of art when you’re not watching.

Nice picture - poor sound connectivity
We really like the non-glare picture in our sunny family room. We don’t use the frame as an artwork display though. Really unhappy that I have to manually connect my soundbar everytime I turn the TV on since it defaults to the TV speaker. Frustrating

The best out there
I have had my 55 inch Frame TV for four months.
I bought a new house at the same time and wanted everything in my brand new house to look modern and clutter free. I have never like the way regular televisions look, until now.

Great look
I love the flat screen and frame. It’s exactly how you would want it to be. The frame is also easy to take on and off. The not so great side of it is that the actual tv isn’t the greatest picture. We Love Our Samsung Frame TV
Although we use our Frame to watch TV programs, we mostly post pictures on it that we enjoy. The range can be from art to beautiful scenery or interesting birds. The colors are spectacular & very clear. We are very pleased with our Samsung Frame TV.

Amazing small frame and clarity
It's great as a show piece and it's sometimes hard to notice it's a tv. I think it's great as a slideshow viewer or picture frame. Highly recommend.
