Great power, great portability
I bring my battery pack everywhere I go and I always provides me a great charge no matter what I need, it's provided me a lot of Peace of Mind knowing that I'm never going to be without a charge I love this product and I'm super happy with it

Purchase in stores to make sure its not defective
One port doesnt work and I dont have time to replace it. Purchase in stores so it has easier exchange and returns.

Total beast
I just received mines yesterday after I ordered it last week and yes it's kinda heavy but it's a powerful beast that will charge your device in a hurry i see why samsung has a hard time keeping it in stock. And they sale really quick too

No flying on passenger aircraft with this battery.
I bought this to bring on a camping trip. I was flying to my destination and wanted to bring it with me. Unfortunately when i got the package, there was a label on the box saying "Forbidden in passenger air craft, a detail that was not mentioned on Samsung's website. I want to return it for a refund but having problems with long wait times, even on the chat.

Worked for a while then stopped
I got mine about a month ago,its fully charged but once I plug my phone or any other device it won't charge at all

Definitely recommend!
Amazing charger! I got this charger and it has been with me everywhere. It is a lil heavy but i can charge my wifes phone and kids to full and still have enough to get my phone to 60%. The quality is great too! I have a silver metal charger i bought a few year ago from samsung and it is still working perfect so this was a no brainer. I just needed a bigger charger.

A little more information
The product is great, but I wish it came with more information about the use and what everything means (lights, button, in/out connectors) for first time users like me to be sure everything is working properly and we're not just guessing.

Samsung best 20,000 milliamp battery pack
