The good little PC.
Great performance for the footprint. It's nice to run this with a monitor that has a USB hub in it. You can run the 35 watt version with just one USB type c cable.

Worst PC ever!
I bought three of these Elite Mini's for my new home (2 months ago) and they are the worst PCs I've ever seen and I was an HP reseller for 20+ years. This morning all three have an "Automatic Repair" message that you can't get beyond and I am dead in the water. Sure it is the HP Wolf Software but so disappointing.

Would get 5 stars if AMT vPRO was working correctly
I bought 2 of these for a Promox home Lab. I would give them 5 stars if the vPRO feature worked correctly. I will contact support soon. As far as Proxmox, works fantastic... IOMMU working perfectly. VMs and LXC are super quick.

Power on set up works fine. Be aware that the first software patches take time to install. Also allow extra time for the BIOS update to run. The screen will blank out for 2-5 minutes with no indications of it running Be sure to NOT power off during this time.
It works especially well with my HP 32-inch 4k monitor.
