Worked without issues
Used between TEKRAN mercury analyzer and laptop. Allowed serial communications between software supplied with the unit to the analyzer in chemical analysis lab.

I have one and I installed the drivers but it doesn't recognize the device. (Windows 10)

Works with Surface Pro 3
This is the only adapter we found that actually worked with Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 3. Tech support was great to work with as they answered my questions finding something to work.

Works Great Windows 10
Like all Startech products, it works. I installed the driver, it asks me to reboot, I did (be sure you do) and I plugged it in to my USB port on my HP Spectra x360 and it works. One other mention, the quality. The Startech product looks good, feels sturdy, and made of solid material.
