Too much BASS
Probably great for instrmental music. Not great for vocal or conversations. Even using the Logitech app I couldn't reduce the bass enough to understand the lyrics or the words during conversations. So I returned it to the store.

Headphones
I thought I had purchased the teams compatible headphones, but I have now realized I might not have. Didn’t realize until now. So far so good, but I can tell the microphone does pick up on sounds in a busy work office clinic. We’re in a room where people come in and go, laughing etc, and I am afraid this mic is not sufficient for that. They are comfortable and look nice...
