i would buy this product again
it was very easy to install and worked well will no strings attached for a change I needed it to console into router(s) and switches without a serial port and it did the job it was no problem use with hyper-terminal and the console port of the network equipment I need to maintain. I used in windows 8 and windows 8.1 Beta and windows 7 with no problems
