Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Not functional as a microphone
I had a near identical pair before and they worked great, but this pair came out of the box obviously made of cheaper material and flimsier. It’s no surprise when it was picking up my listening audio through the mic, so everything had an echo. No amount of tweaking the settings fixed it. Great for the price!
Lightweight clear audio and my zoom colleagues said my voice was clear on the other end. I would highly recommend!

They don't go with my MacBook Pro That's my fault
I was so obsessed with color and style of the headphones that I made the rookie mood in not thinking about how the headphones would connect with my laptop. The headphones are USB port and my MacBook doesn't have it.
