Your headset is bad
I bought this but the Bluetooth device doesn’t work, it takes me hour to connect to the PlayStation and when it’s connected, it disconnect suddenly. Your headset is bad as hell and I Will never recommand yours.
It is inadmissible for the price.

Great features!
This is a very good headset that you really can’t go wrong with. The design is clean, and the LEDs are a practical touch. The microphone is retractable and works without any issues — it even glows red when muted, which is super helpful.

Great headset, but little annoying for PS5
I was very pleasantly suprised about the sound quality of this headphone. Especially the App with the preinstalled EQs for different games. Totally a gamechanger! Also the switch option between PS5 and mobile phone is great.

Great headset but having some microphone issues
I bought this headset about 2 weeks ago, everything about it is great however it has some microphone issues for some reason, the microphone will be very quiet sometimes making it hard for anyone to hear you, I tried adjusting the microphone level however it just goes back to normal on it’s own a little later.

Great battery life and comfort
Battery is amazing - i use it daily and it never runs out of battery. Sound is nice and very easy to use with the App and your phone. Lightweight and comfy to use for hours even with my glasses.

Great headphones for the money
They are great, battery is insane for my personal usage. They seem to be sturdy enough to last, as well as the textile instead of PU leather earcups are great. Great value for the money. However, I have to replace them since one of the earcups was not functioning good

Love that its soundproof
I love the Quality of the Sound and mainly the Switch button between 2.4 and bluetooth. Also it fits good on my giant egg head. Also at first the companion app is a bit complicated and to get updates i need my laptop, because im mainly on ps5. But thats fine

Great Gift
Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday as his first gaming headset - super easy to set up, great battery life, great sound quality. I've had my own SteelSeries for a few years now and have never had any issues.

Love this headset. Super comfy too!
I bought this headset maybe a month or so ago and I could not be happier with my purchase. I really like how the app has individual game settings as I like to play games like Dead By Daylight all the way to Dreamlight Valley.
I also love that when I wear my glasses these don't squish my ears and head.
