Love this new headset
I wanted a lightweight and comfortable headset to use with my Xbox while I walk on the treadmill. This thing is super comfortable even for long gaming sessions, the microphone filters out the treadmill noise well, and it's super easy to swap between my Xbox and phone with the mode switch. Love it!

Broke within one week
Really disappointed. I wanted this headset to be great. Unfortunately it was so poor. There was clearly a manufacturing issue with my headset. The retractable mouth piece was broke from day one. The runner cover was not attached to the metal coil underneath and the mouthpiece didnt actually work ie the microphone. Really poor. I have had to send back for a refund.

Love this new headset

Great for PC and XBOX
Bought the 5X to use it with my Xbox Series X and also with my PC. It's workinging great with both systems, you only need to click the little button on the dongle when switching from one to another.

Best headset I've owned
Not had a headset since my Astro A50 which were decent, but these are better!!
Mega comfy, especially the headband.
Connection is great, and I can walk downstairs with no issues or loss of sound.

Pretty good one
Very satisfied with this headset; it's the second time I've bought it. It's very lightweight and high-quality. Both the mobile app and PC software are feature-rich, the mic is great, and the 60 hours battery life is legit! Switching between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz with one click, simply perfect.

Great Headset!
Bought this headset as a replacement for a broken headset of a competitor. Couldn't be happier with my new Nova 5x. Perfect build and sound quality. Big feature is the app which allows you to tweak your settings on the fly.

Switched from earphones after more than 10 years
Switched from earphones and standalone mic after more than 10 years and both the sound and the mic quality are amazing. My problem with headphones was that they got unconfortable after just a few hours. These I can use all day and they rock.

Very please with my new headset.
Can believe how good the battery is and how easy it connects and pairs with everything. Very light weight and comfortable. Surprisingly good microphone. I would definitely recommend steel series to anyone I know looking for a new headset.

Great product
Works perfectly + cross platforms. Super easy to set up great sound and mic quality. Only reason it’s 4 stars not 5 is for me they could use a little better padding ears can get a little sore after a while.
