Pretty and Sleek
Recently got it this week. The design is very sleek and thin, comparable to my 24 ultra in a phone case, that is how thin it is! The screen is durable and is not flexible. Recieved defective device. Bluetooth wouldn't work. Start screen kept popping up and not going away. Wifi stopped working after doing hard reset that your techs told me to do. Now I'm being told it can't be replaced it has to be returned.. it could take 10 days after samsung gets it to get my refund. Mind you they double charged me and I'm currently waiting on 2700 to b...

Laptop features are great!
I love this new laptop. I am able to use my screen extender that I have as well as my phone and have 3 extra screens with the battery power to do so. When I am not using my extra screens the battery lasts all day. I am able to take my laptop with me to school and work on it without the charger for an entire work shift. My new co-worker
I no longer need my phone or tablet to complete my many (many) tasks. The battery life lasts as long as my work day. Overall........very happy!

Galaxy book pro 5 360
Im enjoying the laptop. I had the first galaxy book and loved it but this is a much better upgrade. I've always been happy woth Samsung products and customer service

Not bad, not wow
The ram is a little for an 'AI' laptop seems to only 27 tokens. Track pad hangs after being on for several days and requires restart. Can't determine where that memory leak is. Not a bad laptop but I was expecting something more AI capable.

Love it but the battery life is about 3hrs
I love everything about this laptop except for one thing. It's advertised to get 25hrs of battery life and I'm lucky to get 3hrs doing extremely basic tasks like web browsing with 5 tabs open and having one word document open and also the screen being at 50% brightness so I'm not sure where they're getting 25hrs from (maybe in sleep mode?))

Great Laptop
Best laptop I ever had. I had this 4 months now. It never failed me yet. It's high speed and quality is amazing.

This product is so versatile
The Book5 pro 360 is extremely good and an all round laptop for think like school, work and even gaming. The connectivity across the system is smooth so it's seamless actions across apps is smooth and amazing. For the price however I would still expect more.
