Installation nightmare
Installing this shelf is a nightmare. You have to put the ears in the rack first and then attempt to slide the shelf in because attaching the ears first make the shelf just that much too wide to put in a standard rack. Very poor design

19" rack compatibility is questionable
While it might be true that this shelf is compatible with all 19" racks, it certainly wasn't easy. I just finished installing this shelf into a new empty rack (a StarTech no less, 4POSTRACK25U) and installation was a nightmare. I should've read reviews first, because after it seemed like this shelf wasn't going to fit, I found a review with better instructions than the ...
