Poor instructions
The product itself is good. The installation instructions are not. Picture instructions with no words. Extremely difficult figuring out what we were to do to complete installation. Still not sure we did it completely right.

Hp LaserJet printer maintenance kit
Product came in faster than expected and was correct item. Had our IT tech install it. Everything was a breeze.
