excellent Product
After searching all around my city and spending some serious time on the intertubes, I finally found a product to do exactly what I need. As a dvi-d only has a digital output, a lot of the converters confuse you with dvi-i and the other just don't work. This one converts the signal well and you get a crisp image. It's not working properly.
I just got this in the mail today. I cannot get it to work without my screen flickering. I tried rebooting my machine and still had the same issue, with and without the extra USB power plugged in. It definitely feels nicer than most products like this, the build quality seems top notch. Hopefully I can get it working.

Does not support 1920 x 1200
The maximum resolution the product is suppose to support doesn't work. The highest I can get is 1920 x 1080 and that doesn't work for my monitor. I have the power source plugged in and tried various cables and sources. I am not sure what to troubleshoot next with this product. Are there defective units that doesn't support the maximum resolution?

Worked for me depending on which display I used
The first VGA monitor I tried displayed "out of range" and would not work at all. The second VGA monitor I tried (different model than first one) gave "out of range" while PC booted up but then gave an excellent picture once Windows login screen appeared.
