Downgrade
This phone crashes.
It can't handle a heavy cache.... I have to constantly do an operating system cache delete almost every week.
The talk to text or microphone on this thing does not operate near as good as the S24 did.
I just don't understand how you create a great phone. And then take steps down the S 25's trash.

This product has plenty of helpful features
I love the camera quality that this phone offers and the health features this phone provides. I use my phone a lot for work so having a phone with a good battery life is also important to me.

I was excited to get the new Galaxy and even signed up for a new service account. For the first month, I was very pleased with its performance but since then it has become very lackluster and inconsistent. Absolutely amazing !
Love this phone ! The screen is so clear, great for everything i do. My favorite is the camera , wow ! It takes amazing photos and is so easy to use and understand! I spend several nights a week taking pictures of the sky and have never had the quality of these photos.

Good, reliable phone.
My S25 has been very ez & user friendly, so far. My only beef is that I have to use a stylus at times, since the screen doesn't want to recognize my fat fingers. Gone thru setting & diagnostics, didn't find a solution. Haven't used Galaxy AI, I live in a real world.

The best phone I've owned so far.
I've been using this phone since it first came out, an upgrade from an older model, and I can honestly say it was worth it. I chose the S25 since I prefer a smaller phone. Fine phone
It connects great to my vehicle. I do have trouble sorting pictures but believe this is operator error. Do need cleaner instructions.

Very Compact and very useful and fast.
This phone is so fast and compact clear and all the features you need. The camera is fantastic. You can use AI for picture adjustment.

Take a page from S23
The dual pull down for notifications vs phone functions is pretty inconvenient.
Amazon Music sometimes shows on the locked screen for ease of control, sometimes not. And, defaults to the bottom of the screen...not ideal.
Some apps with options on the very bottom do not play well with the phone's back, home or expand buttons.
The copy functionality is lacking, too.

Best galaxy by far!!!

I just adore my new phone
I purchased my Galaxy S25 in August 2025, so far I have been very impressed. I use the S25 for door dash and my real job at which I have to run multiple apps simultaneously. The S25 handles that without a hiccup. I also find the Galaxy AI super helpful. I give it 5 stars!!

Performance
The phone handles multitasking and demanding apps without any significant lag or freezing. The preloaded software is stable and relatively free of bloatware.

Great Base Model Device
I use my device everyday for gaming, watching videos, streaming music, as well as for work.
