Great Quality & Reliable
I've been using this phone for a little over 6 months now and the only complaint I have is that I wish I had more storage. It would be amazing if Samsung offered 512gb of storage for their compact base model.

Poor "upgrade"
The phone overall has great physical features. The firmware software and UI are all trash, contant updates changes settings, I DO NOT WANT AI INTEGRATED INTERFACE GEMINI, , I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP CHANGING SETTINGS BACK TO MY PREFERENCES AFTER EVERY UPDATE,
Also getting rid of memory expansion and AUX port are really downgrades from even my most recent phone.

Overdue upgrade
After six years with the Samsung S9 and over three years of no software updates, an upgrade was overdue for security at the very least. The Snapdragon processing speed of the S25 is leaps and bounds over the S9's, running 5G in the wild and 6E at home. I do miss the edge display and rear-mounted health sensor on the S9, which probably will force me get a Samsung watch ...

The best experience
I recommend people to try base models like s25 because recently I upgraded from s21 so I see the big gap between these phones and I'm very impressed with the new hardware and progress. But I won't suggest people to upgrade every year like for what? Just to show off? Unless ur performative person I guess.

Too much AI, worse instead of better
I just "upgraded" from an S10 because my old phone was damaged. I am sad. The S25 has too much AI nonsense mucking it up.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S9 that was still working but the battery wouldnt last all day. I decided to upgrade to a S25 and I am very pleased. I love my new phone. It was super easy to set up and I didn't have to go to my carrier's store to have them do it.
