Poor battery life and abysmal camera
I've been a loyal Samsung user since 15 years but of late Samsung has been releasing subpar products with zero innovation. The battery life is poor, doesn't even last me a whole day and the camera is terrible feels like it's 5 years behind the competition. This upgrade was just a waste of money for me

I love it. Crisp, clean and big.
I love the Galaxies. I always get Ultra for the size, and higher gb for gaming, pictures and everything really. The Galaxy AI is new and taking some time to get use too but it's helpful. Love the Quality, do wish it had more color variations. Overall no complaints.

Pros & Cons
Of course it being a flagship tier 1 device one would expect a great screen, great battery life and blazing fast performance. However I moved from Google Pixel9 Pro XL and frankly expected the move to be smoother than it was. Both devices are part of the Android ecosystem but it wasn't the case.

Power tospare
The best phone on the market whatever you need for work, smartphone management, media or gaming. Good battery life and amazing screen and high quality connectivity. I have no regrets with my Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Amazing Battery, Great Performance!
The Galaxy AI has been incredible. it allows me to edit photos and complete everyday tasks with the built-in hybrid assistant. It combines Google's knowledge, with Bixby's task management and makes and awesome experience. The pen is really great, though I wish it still had Bluetooth, and the phone feels a little incomplete without it. Great phone would buy again!!!

1 main issue
The phone is very well made except for 1 main issue. Being an unlocked phone it lacks the normal powerful coverage I get from T-Mobile. Certain areas I work I'm not getting the same coverage. My conversations drops. I never had this issue with a phone coming straight from T-Mobile. That's my only issue. If that can be fixed I would rate this 5 stars.

Total upgrade
An upgrade in every aspect from my last phone. (Not a Samsung). More bars, camera is awsome and battery lasts longer. The more I use it the better i like it.

The camera is absolutely out of this world
My Galaxy s25 Ultra has sooooo many unique features. It has an AMAZING camera that takes the best pictures (which I take a lot of pictures, so its a must). I also love how customizable this phone is. No Bluetooth s pen
Phone is pretty good. Sad that it doesn't have bluetooth enabled S pen like its previous series phones. Feels lighter in weight. One feature that would be nice to bring back is phone to vibrate upon moving when you have a text. This phone only has it for missed calls instead of missed calls and texts.

Good phone
Overall I like it. When I set my phone up, I transferred the same settings I had on my previous phone so that makes it easy to use. One thing I don't like the messages through Google. I liked the SMS the Samsung had before.

This product is great but I miss old features.
I am enjoying the phone so far. I miss some of the old features like the s pen Bluetooth functionality.
The camera seems great. The software could be a bit better. I wish they kept an SD expansion slot, but the increased internal storage makes up for it. The phone does get hot with strenuous tasks.

Ease of use
This phone was so easy to use right out of the box. "Galaxy AI" was confusing at first, but now it's amazing. "Galaxy AI" also auto updates and is constantly evolving for the better. Every thing, including my S22 Ultra settings, paired effortlessly and wireless. Will enjoy Samsung products exclusively.

The phone takes the best pictures I've seen on a phone! Galaxy AI is great especially when you want to remove say a dog from a picture. The spen is great for drawing while out say at a park bench.
