Surprised at all the negative reviews on this product, picked it up with my S25 Ultra, absolutely no problems with the item. total junk, NOT Rugged.
this case sucks, I really wish I saw the reviews first, it's peeling apart after 2 months. after on the phone for 1 hr they would not process a refund. I wish I would've seen the reviews first.

It only last couple month
It only good for a couple of months, after that the rubber lines on both sides gets glued off , and you can't fix it even with gorilla glue, dont buy it , trust me

The case fell apart just like others described. I purchased this back in January with my phone, and it did not last even 6 months. Samsung support was a joke on top of it all. The automated chat sent me to the wrong support team, then I was dropped by the chat system and had to wait for a new tech. Also, I have to send in the bad case before they will consider sendi...

"Rugged case" comes apart
Phone case came apart, same location as other reviews, sides are just flapping around. Tried contacting customer support. Have to go through an ordeal to get stuff sorted. Apparently you have to ship out bad case, and then once they receive case, they will ship one to you, no established eta, so your phone will not be protected during that time period. Had potential, but fell short.
I got this with the phone on pre-order. It's not the worst case, but I'm having the same issue with the left bezel edge coming disbanded. Mine just started recently and it looks like maybe a combination of heat and the position of my thumb/palm are pushing that piece off. I hate leaving a poor review, but felt the Samsung team deserved honesty.

Looks good, protects but lasted a few months
Good looking case and does provide enough protection for the phone but a design issues meant I am experiencing the same as eveyone else. Around 3 months of use and the case edge has lifted and stretched or as others described it, delaminated or glue has separated.

Look elsewhere as this case is junk
Case is not of expected quality as others have noted. Its is just thin hard plastic case with only minor protection value. while the corners have minimalist bumper on them the rest of the case is just a plastic shell.
The outer surface is slick, the coloring appears sprayed over milky plastic, I doubt its appearance will hold up well over time.

Case is junk
The left front edge band detached in a few months of use. I think a modest amount of heat (from the phone itself charging or in use) stretches or makes the glue holing it ineffective. The case is junk.

Would NOT Recommend, Not Grippy, Very Slippery
Just receive package today without looking at the reviews till now. I agree, this is not a rugged case, it feels cheaply made and I dont think it will protect the phone at all. I did get this part of a promo too, but overall this case is badly made. It is very slippery, and via the rugged name, you think it would be grippy... It is very very far from grippy. Time to loo...

generic ribbed plastic case
not very rugged - fits phone great - seems to have ok protection capabilities, but is slippery and not very grippy in the hand. Materials seem like they will last, but not rugged in the sense it would survive a drop from your bike when you are mountain biking.

I bought this Ultra Rugged Case with my new Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. The case is anything but Rugged. The case is thin, slippery and far from Rugged. Very 2 bad case. So Slipery and don't feel safe holding it. The worst rugged case Samsung ever built, you'll very regret it.

Missed the mark
Just reiterating what others have said. This case is slick and not in a good way. I'd be upset if I had paid for this, luckily it was part of a promo. I don't know what Samsung was thinking when they gave the go ahead to produce this.
