I have two games I play and I am a grandma so nothing complicated. The phone overheated and the touchscreen would not work. And no, I had not even bought a case for it. Extremely disappointing.

Great phone for the price!!!
I have been having to use my Samsung for school as my laptop was broken. I am very satisfied with the quality of the picture on this phone!
Also, the camera takes amazing pictures! I never used to like the A series phones. I always thought that they were generic for the S series. Boy was I wrong!

Great bargin buy!
I purchased my a36 5g as a budget friendly option as a temporary replacement and fell in love. This phone has amazing screen resolution and streaming is never a problem even with large files. The phone is very comfortable, sturdy and durable
I've dropped this phone many times and it hasn't gotten scratched once, if your a clumsy person like me, or your looking for a strong durable phone the Samsung A36 5G is for you.

Solid, basic phone. Works for what I need.

This product is great
I use my galaxy a36 5g for everything from streaming to playing games. Bixby and gemini are great as well. I can charge my phone to 100% and be on it all day without having to charge it throughout the day which says alot from a phone that is not even the flagship phone. Great Value for Price

The A36 has great new software features.
I am impressed with the speed of processing when using my phone to edit pictures. However I do miss the ease and convenience of a stylus like my previous phone, GalaxyNote 9. The Galaxy AI is actually a helpful transition into eliminating having to do things manually. Still learning to use the Galaxy AI efficiently.

Not so big or small and lightweight

Lackluster performance
It works, but camera seems bottom of the barrel. It has fewer pixels and poorer picture quality than the A32 I replaced. Wish I'd bought something else.

Gift for Mom
I got this for Mom's bday and she absolutely loves her phone shes still learning at the new things it has have showed her the galaxy ai which I personally love and have shown her good to find things and how to ask any things she sees and wants to find more info she loves to play games and I see her entertained

Easy to use.

I really have an A 32 5G but I guess my device old
My device is old but it is still a very good device. It is in perfect condition physically the only thing is I am running on like android 11. So it's a little slow, but overall it's a great phone as far as my phone service. Galaxy AI is a great thing in my photo's.

Has problems connecting all the time. Nobody else in my home has the problem but have different phones. Can not depend on connection when I need it. It is an all the time thing.
