New I pass from Staples
We love the new IPads we got at Staples. The tech group was able to helpus decide which product best suited our needs. One item had to be backordered and arrivederci as scheduled with no problems.the tech group clearly explained the easy process of transferring our data from old to new ipads and was easy to do so.

Glitched Ipad
ordered this tablet and upon receiving it iPad did not work. The screen glitched and would start clicking. I do not know if we got a refurbished one but if they are this should be stated in the description. Return process was smooth but would have preferred for the iPad to work as my child was excited for it.
