Disappointing overall volume for playing music
The sound quality of these units is overall pretty good however the overall volume for music disappointing. Far more quiet than even much cheaper pairs of earbuds or headphones I have. Expected a much more rich product from HP / Poly.

Comfortable and Stylish Earbuds with Room for Improvement in Controls
Pros:
- Very comfortable to wear, but they may slip out when doing intensive excersice
- Supports wireless charging
- Buttons are easy to press, though capacitive buttons would be preferable
- Stylish design
Cons:
- Quite expensive especially with the cons below
- Needs more control options on the earbuds, such as volume control, and not just the one choice of either ...

Poly Voyager Free 20 earbuds let me be "in" the music
The sound quality of these earbuds is truly amazing. I thought my Pixel Buds 2 sounded great but these Poly Voyager Free 20 units just leave the Pixel Buds in the dust. I feel like I am in the music - not listening to it.

Great sound - more control would be nice.
Very happy with the sound quality and noise cancelling. One point for improvement would be allow more configuration options for the earbud buttons - especially using different functions for each ear. With the firmware version I have, both earbud buttons do the same thing , and the volume can't be adjusted using the earbuds.

I love these! The sound quality is great, the lows/mids/highs are all crisp and bring a really enjoyable listening experience. Good deal for discount price!
When using you hear other background noise around you. On the other side people can hear the background noise and is not suitable for office use. I had turned on recording & transcription on teams call and it picked up weird words based on what people were talking around.
