Weird looking but AWESOME!
I can already feel the difference in using this Adesso iMouse. My wrist doesn't hurt by lunch time! It took a few days to get used to, but I am really enjoying it. Very smooth and accurate.

3 of them died on me!
I used the first one for a few months before it stopped working all of a sudden. Through warranty, I sent it back and they sent me a new one. I had to pay for my own shipping which was another $14 on top of the exuberant price I already paid. This one didn't even didn't even turn on! Doesn't last very long
This was the second one I have had in less than 6 months. They don't last very long. They just quit working.

it died on me after only 3 months
I was using it for 3 months and was perfectly fine but then it stopped working and tried to change batteries 3 times but didn't work at all. installed the drive again and restarted the computer nothing works. tried it on another computer didn't work as well.

Doesn't work
The mouse never worked. I tried three different sets of batteries, but they all triggered the "low battery" indicator light. I will have to take it back and see if it is a problem we can fix with a replacement.

NOT bluetooth as listing says
I specifically bought this mouse because the listing said it was bluetooth-enabled but it isn't. The box and the included pamphlet do not even mention it and my computer did not detect it using bluetooth. The box and pamphlet also do not indicate that it works on a Mac but the listing here does. Ergonomic mouse
I purchased this for my daughter who was having discomfort with her hand. She loves the mouse--said her hand issue is already alleviated after only a few days. Very happy with this item and I recommend it to anyone who uses a computer .

It Lessens pain
Definitely reduces carpal tunnel pain, but difficult for me to get used to positioning the cursor accurately. I'm old, so others may not have that problem.

Mouse did not help
I bought this mouse because I have tennis and golfers elbow. It seemed to put more strain on my elbow and I am sorry but I can't recall if it was medial or lateral side.I felt going back to what I had was better. I had to return it.

I have both tennis and golfer's elbow and the vertical aspect of this mouse is perfect. It takes all stress from my tendons. My palm can get a bit sweaty some times, I find this an acceptable compromise.

wrist much better
My RS issues are SO much better - Handshake position is a much more natural way to hold a mouse for long hours. I do find the surface makes my hand sweaty more than many mice tho
