Genuine RBC - wonderfully made.
Nothing like having a small amount of these in stock for swap-out's and failures, which are rare. Highly recommended where indicated.

Batteries failing quickly
I have 2 units that use this replacement battery. I replaced one battery 8/16, another battery 10/16, another battery 10/17 and now another 9/18. I don't know which units were bad, but obviously the batteries are failing quickly.

Good Product Now Too Expensive... But There's An Alternative!
I ordered this replacement APCRBC109 battery pack for one of two old BACK-UPS XS 1300 units in our family... and still working well. Although there ARE numerous, much-less-costly, NON-OEM "compatible" battery packs available from different suppliers, I prefer to stick with APC-branded replacements, because of "uncertain-quality" and reliability issues frequently reporte...

I've tried the others
I have purchased a fair share of 3rd party brands of Replacement batteries and have discover that the APC battery perform better and last longer.

Received the replacement battery rather quickly than I had anticipated. It was easy to connect as I have done it before. It appears to be working in good order so far. Disappointed in short life of battery
Was optimistic that this battery would be an acceptable substitute for the original battery, but here I am less than a year later and I find myself having to replace the battery again. Not good value.

Must have for remote work
No problems with APC batteries, ever. They fit well, have all the cables, and do not boil over like the cheap replacements always do. Install it & forget it. Better things to worry about, knowing your data and workflow are protected.

Worst arrival ever! Box arrived was nearly disintegrated, battery had the UPS truck dirt all over it but did not appear to be damaged.

Declining battery quality
The battery didn't really seem to last anywhere near as long as it should have, I think the self test showed it could run about 10 mins right after I replaced it, but it rapidly dropped down to 5 mins after half a year and the self test started warning I should replace the battery again. I've gotten new batteries several times and the quality has become worse with ever...

Needs better quality checking before shipping
Wiring a little sketchy. Had to make repairs to new product to keep it charging to max so I could start to rely on it. At first before I found the problem, the unit was sending signals warning that the battery was not charging.

Good company, good service
The battery arrived faster than I expected. It was the exact duplicate of my dead battery and was easy to connect the cables and re-install it back into place into my unit. BX1500LCD battery replacement
As of right now the replacement battery seems to be working fine. only gave it 3 stars because of the really bad packaging job.. When it shows up dented and looks like someone dumped sawdust all over it.. i tend to think twice about it.. No cracks on the battery that's a plus and the paperwork on the battery itself showed good data so lets give it an try..

Good battery, APC brand lasts longer than others
I have many UPS's around my house so often buy replacement batteries. In my experience APC brand batteries always outlast and are more reliable than cheaper competitor's batteries. I've learned that paying a little more for real APC brand pays off in the long run for me.

simple to install
I bought this as a replacement battery for my APC Back-ups RS. I only gave 4 stars because there are 2 batteries and they should come shipped as one(2-sided adhesive in between them), but the packaging wasn't strong enough for them and they came 'loose'. But no damage to the batteries and they are working great.

easy swap out
this was a replacement for one that had died. It is a great replacement to keep an older UPS going. They allow us to recycle the lead acid battery at no cost, too!
