Gen 2 Micro SoundLink
I actually have two of the Gen 1 Micro Soundlink speakers, so when they asked if I wanted to try the new one, of course I said yes! The first thing I noticed is that it is slightly larger. The strap is completely different, instead then the tight silicone strap that just unsnaps and snaps (with effort) once wrapped around anything, it is now a webbed strap that feeds ...

A Worthy Upgrade
I’ve had the first generation Micro since 2018. It’s been my go-to speaker for travel and its ruggedness has held up well, except for the strap breaking after 2 years of use. I had high expectations for this new generation, and after comparing the two, it has some pretty significant upgrades:

Small but mighty
I had the first generation of the micro portable speaker but the 2nd generation is much better!! I love the fact that you can clip it on your bag. The sound is amazing as always. It’s small but mighty!! I use it in my car so I can listen to music from my phone and it sounds amazing and it’s small enough I can tuck it away while I’m parked and away from my car. I highly...

Big sound in small, portable speaker
I have been using this speaker almost daily for over a month now and it has performed above and beyond my expectations. It is a small speaker but feels substantial - doesn't feel cheap or fragile. I actually dropped it on the pavement when I was using it outside at a tailgate and it didn't seem to phase it - not a scratch on it. The sound is high quality and it can get ...

big sound from a little package
The Bose sound link speaker packs a big wallop in a small package. The sound is great and the volume more than other Bluetooth speakers I have used. The speaker's size and weight feel like it should deliver, and it does. I recommend this speaker; costly but worth it.

Great personal speaker
This speaker has worked well for me in all kinds of situations. I really like that there is an equalizer in the app that makes it sound even more amazing! Definitely a step up from the previous generation. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Better than ever!
I received my 2nd generation speaker and charged it right away. The sound is AMAZING and not just for a speaker this size. I have the first generation, and the sound on my 2nd generation is more dynamic. I found everything about this generation to be more impressive than the first generation. Since nothing is perfect, my only complaint is I would like the charging cable...

Tiny, tough, and great for Zoom/Teams
Bought the SoundLink Micro (2nd Gen) for travel and it’s turned into my everyday desk speaker too. For something that clips to a backpack, the sound is warm with legit bass and clear mids—music and podcasts both sound better than they should at this size. The silicone strap is clutch for showers, bike rides, and hotel rooms.

Packs a punch!
So impressive! Rich, clean, crisp sound and lots of boomy bass for such a compact BT speaker! USB C charging. Could be even better with Magnetic charging and strap.
I’ve been using this to jam with some tunes on the guitar. I’m able to attach this to just about anything. Portability is great! Small enough for your desk, bathroom etc. Pairs to just about anything BT! Use...

Bose is the Best
I bought the first generation years ago and was very pleased with the sound quality - and the second generation is definitely an improvement. I love Bose products, especially the Ultra Open Earbuds, but I enjoy the speaker for times when I am not using the earbuds. It is easy to carry with me from room to room - kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or outside! The sound from ...

Pound for Pound- Awesome Performance
The Micro has fantastic sound quality for its compact size. I have used other Bluetooth speakers for golf and camping and this packs the most performance per pound. Additionally, the battery life is quite impressive. I use other Bose products for less portable set-ups but the SoundLink Micro is a critical piece of my music arsenal.

Small, powerful, bold and beautiful!
Couldn’t wait for this to arrive! Kicks a punch for such a compact speaker! Great for all Bluetooth applications! As a guitarist of over 36 years I attach the speaker to my strap and jam along with my favorite tunes! Rugged, durable and don’t be afraid when it drops cause it keeps going strong. I use it for connecting to my Apple TV in a small bedroom space. It holds i...

Great Speaker Around the House and On the Go!
This mini bluetooth speaker is GREAT for me around my apartment and on the go. My bathroom is far from my living room but this speaker makes listening to music in the shower and getting dressed super easy and convenient. The sound is incredible, and the bass is nicely calibrated, just like all other Bose products. I also took it on a short bike ride and it was like my o...

Response from Staples :
Thanks for sharing your feedback! The SoundLink Micro (2nd Gen) truly stands out as a deceptively compact speaker that fits in the palm of your hand, yet delivers up to 12 hours of crisp, dynamic sound. Built to brave the elements, this rugged little powerhouse plays rain or shine, and is bold enough to break any silence, wherever life takes you.

Love the new version! USB-C for the win!
I previously owned the first generation and I am so glad with the improvements on this version. I love that it has USB-C since I travel a lot so I prefer to just keep the amount of cables down. I feel that the design is rugged enough to be thrown around in my bag while travelling. The best part is the fact I can use it in the shower or at the pool. I really like the siz...

ROCK OUT IN THE SHOWER
THE SOUND!!!! I have come to expect a lot from Bose and the SoundLink Micro (2nd Gen) meets and even exceeds those expectations. I am a true music lover and have to have it around me at all times. And that's the one I most love about this unit - I can use it while in the shower. And the best part, there is no difference in sound quality when either wet or dry. Phenomena...
