Disappointed but good product
Disappointed. Our other phones had lifeproof for years and came out looking brand new for trad in. Thought these cases were sealed and disappointed the camera area allows dirt and debris in. Also the cover for the charge port opens hard and forces a lot of angular pressure to engage and remove the cable in and out of the slot. The end result will be damage to the cable ...

OtterBox is the only way to go.
I have had OtterBox cases for my last three iPhones. It is, without a doubt, the best case on the market. They are tough, attractive and I can always count on them to protect my investment. I wouldn’t own anything else.

iPhone 17 Pro Max Defender Series Pro Case
I've used Defender series cases for many years. The excellent quality has not changed and this case is no exception. Any issues with the photo button on the right side of the case have been resolved. Excellent, tough case with tactile enhancements to improve grip. You won't regret buying this!

Needs a little improvement.
Much bulkier like I like. I like the heavier feeling. I just wish the edges were raised more like the older cases were around the 6s style. The back camera needs little more protection.

Hard/soft hybrid cases are still bad
No coverage for the camera bump, silicone sleeve is loose and constantly peels off, plastic frame is fragile.

Like the feel and quality
love the case overall just a little skeptical about the charging port cover because it has to be bent back to put in cord, hopefully it lasts.
