We are permanent OtterBox Defender & Defender XT Pro snobs! We have dropped our phone numerous time and some tough drops and never even a scratch. We love them!

DO NOT BUY!!!
Do not buy this case!!! There’s an issue with the camera button where it’s way too sensitive. My phone is constantly in the camera & I swear I haven’t touched the button. It’s a major design flaw. OtterBox said there’d be a fix but there’s been no follow up & nothing sent out to me. BUY ELSEWHERE!

The camera button is incredibly sensitive; I've accidentally opened the camera app a frustrating amount of times

Great but needs improvement
A solid dependable case but the side action camera button is too sensitive. Apple should have moved it a bit higher as normally holding the phone, a finger rests on that button.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH OTTERBOX
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH OTTERBOX - the defective cover makes the camera activate just about every time I pick up my phone. I can't get excited over having a new iPhone because my cover keeps activating. They have NO update on when replacement will be available and made me buy a different cover until they can get the replacement covers in stock.... NOT HAPPY WITH OT...

For an OtterBox, I was very surprised that the case did not snuggly fit the phone and the button on the right side of the phone was so insanely easy to press. I took so many accidental photos, biggest design flaw ever.

Great protection - but something is off.
Great protection, but faulty camera control button. The case does a great job of keeping my new phone safe and protected, but something is off with the design of the camera control button. Even the slightest contact opens the camera setting for visual intelligence. I can’t figure out what the design flaw is, but out of the case, the camera control isn’t as sensitive.

It’s Alright Overall but not worth 70$
I thought it included a built-in front screen protector plus the camera button is extremely sensitive. I have it turned off right now because of how sensitive it is my fingers accidentally hit that button all the time, but it is a solid case. I’ve dropped it once already took it like a champ.

Defender Case iPhone 17
I have used Defender series for years. The one now always opens my camera if I don’t pick the phone up a certain way. Aside from that it is and always has been the best case I have used.
