Works Great Works Right Easy to Set Up
I plugged this into my desktop's second DVI-I port plugged in the VGA cable from my old flatscreen TV woke the computer out of sleep and the display immediately popped open with a second desktop at the display's native resolution. Did not work for me
Used this converter to connect Acer V173 to a Dell Port Replicator. Monitor recognized there was a signal but would not disply the video feed. When I connected the monitor to Replicator VGA port it worked fine. I wanted dual dual monitors but had to stick with one.

Excellent to use for dual monitor
What they don't tell you about hooking up an older second monitor on an older computer is that most computers only have one VGA port so you have to use the DVI port to hook up a second monitor. Gators Monster Puters
Working on as many PC's as I do sometimes I need an adaptor to be able to hook up the tower to my monitor. This one does the trick. Great product. I would recommend it to any one.
