Beautiful Watch, Great Display, Amazing Features and all of this at a great price. Completely worth the price. I also think that enhanced trade in values due to holidays only made this deal a lot sweeter

AFIB & IHRN FEATURES ARE USELESS - Watch is a toy!
DO NOT BUT THIS WATCH if your purpose is to test for AFIB using Samsung's Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification (IHRN) "feature". Be aware that, if you even locate it, at the top of a webpage the feature is described as periodically measuring your heart rate and "notifies you to take an ECG if it detects an irregular rhythm suggestive of atrial fibrillation". Excellent watch
This watch checks all the boxes. I've been using Samsung watches since the first Galaxy Gear came out in 2013. I've used it to maintain my health into my 60's.

Watch 8 is step-up
I had the Watch 6 for a couple of years and really liked it. When I saw the special on Watch 8, I actually hesitated since the Watch 6 was performing well. But the trade-in opportunity moved me to decide for the Watch 8. And I am so glad! The performance is noticeably superior. It is well worth the switch.

This latest model has some cool new functionality with the sensors, but I don't know about the new button system for changing out the bands. Originally I thought it was really cool, but after wearing some sunscreen and sweating-that stuff gets stuck in the buttons. Galaxy watch8 40mm
I upgraded from a Galaxy watch7 to this Galaxy watch8, and although there aren't tons of differences, I'm glad I did it. With the Samsung trade in program it was super affordable. I actually like the new squoval face. And the Samsung Health features are helpful. I was worried the blue band might be too bright, but it is a beautiful shade of soft royal blue.

Traded in watch 4 on Samsung trade in for watch 8. The 8 is night and day from the 4. Longer battery life, more storage, better tile set up and so comfortable to wear. Highly recommend.

Good but watch charges very slow
I've been using this watch since 1 month and the only drawback is the battery and charging. Battery drains a little bit fast and then it charges very slow. Sometimes the device heats up when charging.

Still not great
The battery life is improved, but not by much. The sleep stats are inconsistent; seem to calculate every other day. I like the face and the band; i got the hybrid band. I traded in my galaxy 6, so i didn't pay full price or else i would've been upset that i did. I hope the galaxy 9 will be the best yet.

Same old watch with a different label on it. No way to really make it your own and style it. It's still uncomfortable. The bottom is domed so it's uncomfortable. The band makes you sweaty and keeps moisture there. Same thing after washing hands. Battery is half done before end of the day even tho I'm not using text or calling. It's a very good device. It has a battery that lasts long enough, and the AI-regulated power management helps. Reasonable price but the gestures could be improve
It's a really good product, I've had it for a week now and I haven't found any faults. One tedious thing, from my point of view, is playing music on them; it's strange that two apps have to open to do the same thing.
