Transfer belt kit
This is a complete kit with all rollers needed for the M681 with 4 trays, very well packed and organized. Not an easy install
Replacing the actual transfer film was easy, the rollers not so much and now our printer jams all the time. Need to have this be a HP technician install NOT customer. Not as easy as you say it is.

Time vs Money?
OEM parts are the only "no-grief, hassle-free" solution to printer maintenance! After-market parts may save you money but you'll pay the difference in time (and may become a full-time Printer Technician in the process). If you have time but not money, go with after-market kits. For us, time is more than money so OEM is the only way to go.

Makes it work as good a new
This maintenance kit makes the HP printer practically new again. It includes almost everything needed to replace the rollers and fusers. No tools are needed to swap out the parts and the instructions are good except for the resetting of the maintenance reminder in the printer. Those instructions may vary from the machine you have. Maintenance kit doesn't seem to be working correct
Since the new fuser and transfer roller were installed, the print is very light. A new toner did not help either. This seems to be an issue with these maintenance kits. Any suggestions would be appreciated on how to fix this.
