Wrong item will be sent and still no refund
Bought 8X600001 with Slim Pen 2 which supports the latest surface pro, was sent the FMN-00001 which is older model without stylus pen. Request return and refund on 12/26, talk to multiple CSR who confirmed refund will be in 24~48hrs but still no refund.
