A much greater build from its predecessors
The build quality is much more better, especially in the hinge

Good, but replace the Ear Pads
Got the nova 7's because I heard they were good for people with bigass melon heads like me (also being a glasses wearer) but I've had to order new, bigger ear pads because the tops of my ears are getting too sore from the clamp force. A pair of thicker ear pads and a little bit of careful bending of the aluminium top arch of the headset should fix it.

Confortable
This headset is really confortable. I tend to get headaches of headsets when they press on my ears or glasses. But this is not too loose and not to hard.
I haven't had it for long, maybe two months, but I think the build quality seems decent.
Both speakers and microphone has a really good sound.
I only gave it a 4/5 because I think the Windows app is not that intuiti...

Not for me, but pretty cool
I ordered this so I could listen to music and play my game at the same time without being tied down with wired connection, but it was a little too high tech for me. Could hear myself talking even after adjusting based on set up guide, suggestions online, and videos. Ended up returning after spending two days trying to figure it out. Good product
Really good product but the sounds sound a bit different than in others headsets, to much of base and low sound that you need to adjust to come back to real game sounds. It takes a lot lot lot of tweeking and ajustment to get a good accurate game sound.

Clear sound, comfortable and custimizable
Very out of the box easy to use and good value wireless headset with plenty of customization options if you dive into the configuration software. Sound quality is great and it's comfortable to wear even for longer periods of time.

Got these to replace a 7 year old pair of HyperX. Instant upgrade in sound quality and comfort. The side tone feature has also saved my girlfriend and neighbors the grief of hearing me accidentally yelling to hear myself over the noise of the game and chat. Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 Black a great fit
I bought these headset because my old one recently died and it was also a Steelseries one.
It has great sound and a nice fit on the head.
The software makes it even better and you can adjust it to every situation.
Easy to set up in minutes, almost Plug and Play because i had to install new Updates.
The delivery was quick and in a good condition.

Better than any other headset
Since I switched to wireless headphones, I've only had brands where the headphones do silly things and take forever to connect, and these were proper, well-known brands... I thought it would be normal... until I had these headphones where everything works, with outstanding sounds.

Fantastic buy
I had the previous arctis before this one and I loved it. The only issues I ever had with that set was the volume knob going bad eventually and the headset strap getting loose over time. I bought the new arctis and I love it so far. The only complaint I have is this strap does not secure it to your head as well as the previous version. Otherwise it's a fantastic update ...

My experience overall
When i buy a headset i'm expecting to connect it, maybe install the app, and use it.But with this headset to make it work i first tried to reinstall everything and then just asked for a replacement, so horrible it was. Now they seems to work good.
So there are pros:

Excellent sound quality
From opening the box I was astounded by the style and quality of these headphones. With very solid construction they feel that they will not fall apart like my Sony Elites did. They are very comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, with an amazing battery life. You can hear every detail with great accuracy and positioning which has actually improved my gaming skill...

Pleasantly surprised
I've always been A bit skeptical about wireless headsets but thé Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 is A beauty. simultaniously using my pc and phone is no problem at al, sonar gives sounds that I heard for Kiterally almost 10 years new depth and makes evertthing so much more Immersive. I've always been A huge Steelseries fan I swear by the brand and it's been sollidified once again.
