Pleasantly surprised
I've always been A bit skeptical about wireless headsets but thé Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 is A beauty. simultaniously using my pc and phone is no problem at al, sonar gives sounds that I heard for Kiterally almost 10 years new depth and makes evertthing so much more Immersive. I've always been A huge Steelseries fan I swear by the brand and it's been sollidified once again.

very frustrated
Bought this 2 weeks ago and I am still unable to get the headset to fully function. I cannot get the microphone working. I have attempted everything I can to get this functional.

Pleasantly surprised

Pretty much no downsides.
I have them for a month now and they been serving me well. They mute decent amount of background noise despite not having ANC. Batery life is satisfactory, and they offer a wide range of various features with the app. The only complaint i have is that the material around ears is crackling sometimes, being slightly annoying.

The gen 2 are so much better
Love them work great would love if Bluetooth turned on and off with the headset not separately as I do forget and when you only have Bluetooth on there is a humming sound when you got no audio playing or got it very quiet but the sound quality and microphone sounds great

Ok
The sound quality is good and the app has good features. The chat/game dial is unnecessary for me and overcomplicates the device. Good battery life so far. Build quality is not great for what you expect at this price point. They are a bit small for my head and not as comfortable as the corsair HS80s I had before.

Excellent sound!!
Got it as Birthday present for my best friend that has a hearing issue. He loved the headset with ingraving!! His whole set-up is Steelseries and he already spoke highly off this brand. Poor software experience
I returned my Arctis Nova 7 after just a few days of use. I was pretty disappointed with the software experience... I found the virtual device mapping over complicated and couldn't get my rotary volume dial to work with it. I also couldn't get them to fit quite right and found the dials on the headphones to be cheap feeling.

Very comfortable upgrade
Coming from the SteelSeries Arctis 7+ which was already a great headset, the Nova 7 Gen 2 is very nice, great sound quality and very comfortable ear cups.

Great headset!
Went from an Arctis 3 to this one, and the sound quality is so good. I'm also plesantly suprised by the fact that the 2.4GHz mode and bluetooth work simultaniously, so if you are queuing for a long while, you can scroll reels without putting the headphone off.

Great design- fantastic materials
I got this a month ago, I just used it 1 thi.e. I connected it to my Bluetooth, then my son wanted to try them on the othe r game console,now I can't reconnect my Bluetooth.

Wonderful product
I'm big on headphones, I work in a foundry which is very loud. So I took them to work with me to test the noise cancelling, give it a 7/10 for that BUT thats without any sound. Decent enough
Headphones sound good, sidetone can’t be changed unless you download the app on your phone and the sonar application on your pc. Seems a bit much but anything to mine more of our data!

Great quality feel
I think the quality feels really good but one thing I don't like is the mic, it is very sensitive and I can't get it to be less, tried every setting but the mic still picks up sound in my environment.
