Not sure if the 5 rating I gave is correct because they should stock this item in the store. But the ordering process worked like it was supposed to.

Uselless
I thought I had purchased a printhead cleaning kit and recieved a single cartridge that had no description other than "Maintenance Box " with NO INSTRUCTIONS. Completely useless

Also works for WF-110 printers per Epson
Works as described. Printer won't work once the maintenance box is at the end of its life. After contacting Epson it works for the WF-110 also which the Staples and Epson websites don't show.
