Sabrent 5 Port USB 3.0
The unit is small. I ordered a 3.0 Ext. cable since the unit's cable is 6 inches. Works great. Lighted switches make it easy to tell when drives are powered up.

I have had 2 months of using Sabrent USB unit. It is nice to be able to have a USB that can handle several USB Drives at one time. One draw back with Sabrent is you can not plug in 4 USB devices as you have to skip a space a space as most USB Drives that I have are wider than what Sabrent made the unit for. A good useful item.
A similar 7-port USB 3.0 would be better!
Delivered in four days from purchase date at a Staples in-store kiosk.
Pros:
Its small size was handy for permanent mounting on my desktop and keypad tray.
Installed quickly to my Windows XP & 7 automatically at time of plug-in, without me doing anything else on either machine.
On/off & LED indicators ...
A similar 7-port USB 3.0 would be better!

Very cool USB Hubs
I got these because my computer only has 1 usb hub but there are times where I need to plug in more than one thing. This is very easy tp use and it makes using the computer more efficient.

May not hold 4 flash drives
We are not able to use 3 flash drives at the same time. Not enough space between the ports. Only 2 fit.

Great quality
Impressed by overall product quality. Arrived well-packaged and even packaging was high quality. Was able to receive free 2-year warranty by registering product on Sabrent website and the website itself was helpful & high quality. My first Sabrent purchase. If the hub performs as expected, I will see to purchase a Sabrent product again.

Working well. Plug that supplies power to the ports takes up space for two plugs on power strip. Only small downside so far. But I would think that their engineers could have done a better job on the design of the plug

It works fine, but we didn't read the fine print and the 5-port hub is actually only has 4 ports! Not happy campers!! In addition the wire is very short, but that seems to be the way they are now.

Importance of USB 3.0 extension cable
Initial installation with USB extension cable appeared as USB 2.0 on "About this Mac / System Report / USB" - - reInstalled with new USB 3.0 extension cable and now appears as USB 3.0
