works well
The silver part is heavy-weighted to hold the notepad in place. Nothing snaps in so it's easy to use/replace notepad.

nice and heavy
This pop up dispenser is nice. It is heavy so you can use one hand to "pop up" each note but it shows fingerprints very easily. It doesn't look as nice because of the smudgy fingerprints.
